We're located at 511 Manawai St, Unit 404 in the Mehana at Kapolei community — a mixed-use development with both residential and commercial units. We operate as a fully licensed professional establishment (MAE-3529 & BSH 6015) and have been serving Kapolei since 2019.
Parking is available on the street along Manawai St. We also have 4 parking spaces in the back of the building — customers are welcome to park in the driveway for Units 403 and 404. Please note that the adjacent Kapolei Eyecare parking lot is private — unauthorized vehicles are subject to towing.
Please note: there is no entrance from the back of the building. If you are parked in the back, please walk around to the front door and head upstairs to Unit 404.
We are open Monday through Sunday, 9AM to 9PM.
We welcome walk-ins based on availability. To guarantee your preferred time and therapist, we recommend booking in advance through our online booking system or by calling us at (808) 666-3777.
We ask that you arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to allow time to get settled before your session begins.
We encourage you to let us know your preferences before your session — including therapist gender, massage style, and any areas you'd like us to focus on or avoid. Our therapists are trained to adjust pressure to your comfort and will welcome any feedback during your session. If you feel the fit isn't right, we can often accommodate a therapist change within the first 5 minutes.
Yes! When booking your appointment, you are welcome to request a specific therapist and we will do our best to accommodate you based on availability.
We encourage customers to dress to their comfort level. You will be professionally draped throughout your session to ensure your comfort and privacy at all times.
We don't provide decorations ourselves, but you are more than welcome to bring your own! Many of our guests love personalizing their session for birthdays, anniversaries, and other special occasions. Just let us know in advance so we can have the room ready for you.
We understand that plans change. We kindly ask that you respond to our confirmation text sent the morning of your appointment, and notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you are unable to make it, please give us a call at (808) 666-3777 so we can accommodate other guests.
Yes, we accept all major credit cards. We also offer a cash discount — please ask about our cash pricing when booking.
We do not process medical insurance directly, but we are happy to provide a receipt for your session that you can submit to your insurer for potential reimbursement.
Gratuity is not included in our pricing but is always appreciated. Your therapist receives 100% of any tip, and you're welcome to tip by cash or credit card.
After purchasing your e-gift card, you will receive a confirmation via email or text containing your gift card barcode. When you arrive for your appointment, please have the 16-digit code printed beneath the barcode ready to present — either on your phone or printed out. Our staff will apply it to your service at checkout.
